Community Sponsor and Exhibitor Program
 Thanks for considering
joining the 2009 Microfinance Conference as a Community
Sponsor and/or Exhibitor. Your partnership is greatly
appreciated! One of our goals for planning this event is
to highlight the excellent work of microfinance (and
global poverty alleviation) organizations in our area.
We want to highlight your great work, and we believe the
Community Sponsor and Exhibitor Programs will accomplish
this important goal. Here are some of the details:
The Audience:
Our goal is to have 400 people in attendance.
The Objectives of the Sponsorship and Exhibitor Programs
are to:

Create a positive environment in which delegates,
partner organizations, and SPU all receive benefit from
collaboration.

Honor the overarching goals and expectations of the
program.
Details of Exhibitor Program:

Use of 8’ table during the event for display and
dissemination purposes. Tablecloths and table skirts
will be available and included as part of the exhibitor
fee. A total of 12 exhibitor slots will be available.

Recognition in Conference program and identification on
Conference website.

Fee: $250, which includes one registration for the
Conference.
Details of Sponsorship Program:

Recognition in Conference program and on “table tents”
at each of the delegate tables.

Optional use of 8’ table during
the event for display and dissemination purposes.
Tablecloths and table skirts will be available and
included as part of the sponsorship fee.

Identification and recognition on Conference website.

Recognition from podium during plenary event.

Fee: Minimum of $500
investment, which includes one
registration.
