Teaching areas: Research interests: Experience: Prior to coming to Seattle, Ken taught at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and held an endowed professorship in Entrepreneurship at the University of Texas at Austin. Ken's executive experience and research has focused on corporate strategy, technology and marketing issues for technology based companies. He served as president of Lex Systems and Wm. B Wilson Manufacturing Co. For five years Ken served as the Dean of Seattle Pacific University's School of Business and Economics. During his academic career, Ken has been active as a consultant on corporate strategy, technology and marketing issues for technology based companies with over 100 clients including both for profit and not-for-profit organizations. A few of the better known national clients include: McKinsey & Company, IBM, General Motors, RAND Corporation, Bristol-Myers, Boeing, General Electric, Executive Office of the United States President, National Science Foundation, U. S. Department of Commerce, Texas Instruments, City of San Antonio, Texas, State of Texas, Dow Chemical Company, and Advanced Micro Devices. |
