Dr. Hopkins has thirty-five plus years of experience in the field of Business and Employer/Employee Relations, this as a Business Owner, Human Resource Professional and as a practicing Attorney.

Dr. Hopkins also serves as an arbitrator and a mediator for business, employment and labor disputes.

Dr. Hopkins Lectures on business related topics and employment law at Seattle Pacific University, Bellevue Community College and Edmonds Community College, all in the greater Seattle area. He has written numerous articles and publications in the area of human resources. In addition Dr. Hopkins has published a book “Human Resource/Labor Relations a Primer”.
