Work and Faith Library Collection
The Seattle Pacific University Library houses the Pete and Shirley Hammond InterVarsity Marketplace Collection, known as the Work and Faith Collection — a vast collection of books and resources exploring topics of Christian faith and work, economics, business, and the professions.
The collection was endowed in 2009 to honor the lives of Peter and Shirley Hammond, who served as champions for the ministry-in-daily-life movement. The collection presently holds nearly 2,000 volumes dating back to the early 1900s.
