Online Testing

There are three online placement tests that you can take.  To sign up for these exams click here.

You will need to take the Foreign Language Placement test if you have NOT completed 3 years of the same foreign language in high school, with a minimum average of "C" in your final year.

You will need to take the Chemistry Placement Test if you plan to take CHM 1211: General Chemistry. General Chemistry (CHM 1211) is required for students who intend to pursue these areas:

• Nursing
• Biology
• Pre Med
• Electrical Engineering
• Applied Engineering
• Nutrition/Dietetics
• Exercise Science
• Chemistry
• Biochemistry
• Physics
• Bachelor of Science in Psychology (this is not required for the BA in Psychology)

You will need to take the Calculus Placement Test if you plan to take Calculus I.
Calculus I (MAT 1234) is required for students who intend to pursue these areas:

• Biology  (B.S. I, III)
• Biochemistry
• Chemistry
• Computer Science (B.S.)
• Electrical engineering and applied engineering
• Mathematics
• Premed
• Physics
