New courses are added to Banner by Student Academic Services.
The department or school fills out a Catalog Change Form (PDF) and submits it to Student Academic Services. New courses can only be added during the Autumn Quarter Catalog Cycle for the upcoming academic year. New courses are reported by the registrar to UPEC or GPEC.
