The Time Schedule is the list of classes being offered for a specific quarter and year. Whereas in Catalog, there is one entry for a course, in Time Schedule, you can create as many offerings of that course as you need.
You will not be able to offer a class for anything that hasn't already been set up in Catalog (e.g., if an internship is available for 1-5 credits, a student will not be able to register for 6 credits).
In January, the schedule and publications coordinator in Student Academic Services will distribute a spreadsheet of all courses within a department. All schedule information from the current academic year is rolled into the next academic year, so the spreadsheet will list the instructor, enrollment cap, day and time for the current year.
Note any changes to instructor, day and time, and any other information listed on the spreadsheet and resubmit it to the schedule and publications coordinator.
Information listed on the spreadsheet:
Any information from a previous year that is not updated in the Catalog or Time Schedule will default into the coming year!
If a specific room is needed or desired, please note when submitting this spreadsheet.
Changes to the Time Schedule can be made throughout the year. Changes such as instructors, enrollment limits, room assignments, and cancellations and additions can be made by submitting a Time Schedule Change Form (PDF) to the schedule and publications coordinator.
