Production Deadlines

(Specific deadlines are distributed every year with Catalog.)

 

Autumn Quarter: Catalog and Summer Time Deadlines

Late August

• Catalog distributed for review.
• Summer TIme Schedule menu and forms distributed for next Summer Sessions.

October

• First round of Catalog, and proposed Summer Time Schedule due back to Student Acadmeic Services.

November

• Second round: SAS completes requested changes and returns Catalog and Summer Time Schedule to departments for review.

December

• ALL final changes made to both Catalog and Summer Time Schedule and returned to SAS.

January 15

Summer Time Schedule for upcoming summer is available online.

 

Winter Quarter: Academic-Year Time Deadlines

Early January or Late December

• Current academic year Time Schedule distributed for updates to the coming year's Time Schedule.

Late January

• First round of proposed Time Schedule for the coming year due back to SAS.

February

• Second round: SAS completes request changes and returns Time Schedule to the departments for review.

Early March

• ALL final changes made to Time Schedule and returned to SAS.

 

March 23

• Time Schedule for upcoming academic year is available online.
