Located on the edge of Tiffany Loop, Moyer Hall is in the heart of central campus and close to most classrooms, dining locations, and recreational facilities. As the University’s smallest residence hall, Moyer fosters a close-knit community where residents know each other well.

In this fun and family-like hall, Moyer residents enjoy activities such as a fall retreat, an annual broomball game, and the Experience Moyer Project (EMP). Once a year, the Moyer Hall Council also organizes an all-hall banquet, which has been held at the Columbia Tower and Salty’s at Alki.

Opened in 1953 and remodeled in 1983, Moyer was named in honor of Jacob Moyer for his years of service from 1925–1946 as a professor and dean of Seattle Pacific.
