2014-2015 Housing Sign-Up

NON-RESIDENTIAL ROOMMATES

Signing up with a new student. First-time freshmen are eligible for the residence halls only; transfer students are eligible for the residence halls and CHA. To sign up with a new student, you must verify that he or she has submitted a Campus Housing Application and a $300 room deposit. He or she must also complete a Room and meal Plan Contract. You must make arrangements with Housing Services to have the paperwork sent and ensure that it is received by the appropriate deadline listed below:

  • Residence Halls. Your roommate's contract must be received at least three business days prior to the night you wish to sign up. If so, you may pick up a Non-Residential Roommate Pass at OUS on the day you wish to sign up. You must bring the pass with you that night to verify your roommate's status and seniority points.

  • Campus Apartments. Housing Services must receive your roommate's contract by the time you submit your group application.

Signing up with a student on a Spring Quarter 2013 study program. Students who are in SPU-approved study programs during Spring Quarter typically complete housing paperwork prior to leaving. If you plan to sign up with a student on a study program, follow the directions below for the type of unit you are reserving:

  • Campus Apartments. Housing Services must receive your roommate's contract by the time you submit your group application.
