Students who were first-time freshmen in Autumn Quarter 2010 and are entering their second year are eligible for the residence halls. Due to the size of the incoming class for Autumn Quarter 2011, transfer students and third- or fourth-year continuing students may sign up for the apartments only.

Students serving in leadership positions (PAs, SMCs, RHMCs, and Hall Council Executives) and their roommates may reserve residence hall space regardless of whether or not they meet these eligibility requirements.
