Study Abroad

SPU students have numerous study abroad opportunties.

Study in France

Every summer Dr. Reed Davis leads a group of students to study in France. Contact Dr. Reed Davis at x2395 for more information.

Study in Washington, D.C.

SPU students can study political science in the nation's capital through the American Studies Program, offered in conjunction with the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities. During the American Studies Program, students take courses in public policy, as well as intern with a lobbying group, legislative office, or media organization. Students interested in this option are encouraged to participate during Autumn Quarter of their junior year. Contact Dr. Reed Davis at x2395 for more information.

Study Programs in Australia, Central America, China, the Middle East, Russia, Uganda, and the United Kingdom.

Because SPU is a member of the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities (CCCU), our students can participate in 11 different study abroad programs (from Uganda to Russia, from Egypt to England, from Australia to Latin America, and more) sponsored through this organization. Visit www.bestsemester.com for more information, or contact any of the professors in the department.
