Reconciliation Studies Minor
Launched in Autumn of 2010, the School of Theology has begun enrolling students into their new Reconciliation Minor. Similar to the collaboration with their Global and Urban Ministry Minor, the Perkins Center seeks to aid in facilitating the praxis elements of students learning.
Steward of the minor's development, Kerry Dearborn, professor of theology, describes their approach. "Our minor will combine interdisciplinary classes rooted in our School of Theology with practical experience through our partnership with SPU’s John Perkins Center. It’s a holistic, biblical, theological, and applied approach to training in reconciliation.”
