Library Short-term Circulation Request Form

The purpose of the short-term circulation collection is to provide access to readings in high demand. Circulation is limited to short loan periods. Items placed on Reserve should be limited to required reading only.

Faculty are encouraged to collect library-owned materials that are going to be put on Reserve.  If you need help, please ask the reserve supervisor.

Faculty may retrieve personal Reserve materials at the end of the quarter.  Materials not picked up will be sent via Campus Mail.

Please allow at least 24 hours for the items you place on reserve to be processed.

New Form:
Beginning Fall 2003 we will be using a new online form for submitting reserve requests.  This is a pdf form that you may print and fill-in, fill-in online, or fill-in online and submit via email.

If you do not have the Acrobat Reader you will need to download it from the Adobe website.  Click on the icon at right.
