former Seattle Pacific student, Doris Brougham traveled to Taiwan in
1950, devoting her life to educational leadership and Christian
service in Asia. Her work in media, now internationally
recognized, includes the founding of Overseas Radio and Television
Inc, and publication of the top 2 English language magazines in
Taiwan. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, and fondly called
"the teacher," Brougham's media outreach has a daily
audience of more than a million Chinese people. |
