Staff Information is an area of your course site that allows you to display contact information, your picture, and any other information about yourself that you think students would like to know. To post information in this area:
- Log into your course site.
- Click the Control Panel.
- Under the Course Tools, click Staff Information.
- Click the Add Profile button.
- Enter your personal information. You can fill in as many or as few fields as you choose.
- Under the Options section, you can upload an image file of yourself by clicking the Browse button. You may also enter a web page address for yourself.
Note: Your image file should be about 150 by 150 pixels. If you don't have an image file or aren't sure if what you have works, contact us for more information. We can scan an existing photo, take your picture digitally, or resize an existing image file.
- Click the Submit button.
You can see how your information will be displayed by clicking the Staff Information link in the navigation area of your course.
