Saving a posted document to your computer will allow you to keep a record of the file, easily modify it, print it, view it at a greater magnification, or view it offline. To save a document posted within an online course, please do the following:
- Log into your course site.
- Locate the document you want to save.
- Right-click on the link to the file, and select Save Target As.
* Mac Users: Click on the link to the file you want to save. The file will automatically download to your desktop.
- In the Save As dialog box, locate where you want save your file, and click Save.
- Once the download is complete, you may choose to Open the file or click Close and locate the file on your own at a later time.
