If you have forgotten your ePortfolio password, you may reset it and have a new password emailed to you by doing the following:
- Go to www.spu.edu.
- From the Online Services dropdown menu (upper, right-hand corner of homepage), select ePortfolio.
- Next to Forgotten your password, click the link Click here to recover it.
- Enter your SPU email address in the field provided, and click OK.
- Make sure the box next to Send a new password by email is checked, and click OK.
Your password will be changed immediately, and an email containing your new password will be sent to your SPU email address shortly thereafter.
Note: If you have set your SPU email to forward to an address of your choice, the message containing your new password will automatically forward to your designated email address.
