Modifying Text

  1. Log into ePortfolio.

  2. Click the ePortfolio2 button to continue.

  3. In the Actions column, click the Edit button for the portfolio you
    want to modify.

  4. Navigate to the standard that has the text needing to be modified.

  5. Click the Edit Content button on Edit Tools bar.

  6. Once you have edited your content, be sure to scroll to the bottom
    of the page, and click OK to save your changes.

Removing a Linked Artifact

  1. Log into ePortfolio.

  2. Click the ePortfolio2 button to continue.

  3. In the Actions column, click the Edit button for the portfolio you
    want to modify.

  4. Navigate to the standard that has the unwanted artifact.

  5. Click the Edit Content button on the Edit Tools bar.

  6. Uncheck the box beside the artifact, scroll to the bottom of the page,
    and click OK.

Removing or Replacing an Image

  1. Log into ePortfolio.

  2. Click the ePortfolio2 button to continue.

  3. In the Actions column, click the Edit button for the portfolio you
    want to modify.

  4. Navigate to the page / standard that has the unwanted image.

  5. Click the Edit Content button on the Edit Tools bar.

  6. From the Image dropdown menu, select an image of choice (No Image is an option) or upload a new image.  Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and click OK to save your changes.
