All regular full-time and regular part-time staff are eligible to receive a 10 percent discount on all personal purchases at the SPU Bookstore provided they show a valid employee ID at time of purchase.

Spouses and dependent children of eligible staff may also receive a 10 percent discount on their personal purchases, provided the eligible employee is with them at the time of purchase.

University Accounts

Individuals are not allowed to charge personal purchases to University accounts.

Lost and Found

Lost and found requests and articles may be handled at the SUB information desk. Articles turned in are dated and labeled, and owners are notified if a name is on the property. Reports of lost items to the Office of Safety and Security are also encouraged.

Gwinn Commons and each dormitory handle their own lost and found services.

Mailing and Copying

Mailing and Copying Services is located in the lower level of Marston Hall. It serves a wide variety of needs, including the following: copying, bulk mail processing, central receiving, mail dispatch, parcel dispatch, overnight mail delivery, and sorting incoming and campus mail. Staff members may purchase stamps and mail personal packages. More information may be found by visiting the Mailing and Copying Services website at http://www.spu.edu/depts/mcs/.

Meals

Staff members may purchase a quarterly meal plan that provides lunch at a reduced rate. The plan may be used Monday through Friday at the Crossroads cafeteria in Gwinn Commons. Crossroads offers an all-you-can-eat buffet including hot entrees, salad bar, grill, desserts and beverages.

For occasional dining, employees may purchase meals in blocks of 25 or 50 meals. The Block Plans provide access to Crossroads during regular business hours.

Advantage points may be purchased to use at any University dining location; the points eliminate having to carry cash.

All plans are accessed through the employee's campus identification card. ID cards and all meal plans are available through the Office of University Services at 32220 - 6th Avenue West across from Hill Hall. Please call 281-2188 if you have any questions.
