The Fine and Performing Arts Box Office in McKinley Hall is open weekdays to provide information about upcoming fine arts events and to sell tickets to Seattle Pacific University's Theatre Productions and Thalia Symphony Orchestra Concerts.

Hours:

• Regular Hours The McKinley Box office is open Monday through Friday: 2:30pm to 5:30pm (when University classes are in session)
• Extended hours One week before productions begin, and during the run of a production, the ticket office is open Monday though Saturday, 12:30pm to 5:30pm
• Show nights The Box Office is open 6:30-7:30 pm the evenings of productions

Call or email our box office (see above) for information and to make reservations. You may request information and reserve tickets to be paid by phone or in person at the box office. When requesting a reservation, please include reservation name, night of performance (click here for performance dates) and number of seats. You will receive a reply or confirmation the next business day. Once confirmed, reservations will be held for 24 hours. If not paid for via phone or in person within 24 hours, the tickets may be released.

  • $12.00 General Admission

• Group Rate:   Groups of 20 or more may receive $2.00 off Thursday performances and $1.00 off Friday and Saturday performances. No group discount available for student or senior tickets.

• McKinley Studio Theatre and McKinley Backstage Productions
  • $6.00 Festival Seating
    
  • No group or student discounts for Studio or Backstage Theatre productions

• Ticket Sales Policies

  • once paid for, please no refunds or exchanges on tickets

  • Tickets prepaid using a credit card via the telephone, or paid for by cash or check, will be held until curtain on the night of the show
  • Reserve your tickets, but please pick up and pay for them at the box office or by credit card within 24 hours of reserving them. McKinley Box Office will release unpaid, reserved tickets 24 hours after the reservation is confirmed by telephone or email
  • Please, no unpaid reservations on day-of-show
  • Via telephone, we accept Via/Mastercard (sorry, no AMEX) as payment.
  • At the Box Office, payment accepted as: cash, regional check, Visa/Mastercard (sorry, no AMEX,) and SPU ID transfer

McKinley Theatre Policies

• Out of respect for the artists and other audience members, children under four are discouraged from attending

• Flash photography, sound, video or other recordings are prohibited during performances.

• Phones, pagers and other electronics disrupt performances. Please turn them off or leave them with the House Manager before the performance.
• As a courtesy to other patrons, late comers will not be seated in their ticketed seats once the play has begun. Late seating is at the discretion of the House Manager.
• Smoking is not permitted in any area of McKinley Hall.
• There is ADA access by special arrangement. For wheelchair seating, please contact the box office in advance at: 206-281-2959.
• Please leave flowers and other gifts for performers with the House Manager
