Description of Duties Responsible to the Technical Director and Set Designer in the sourcing, purchasing and constructing properties. Assists the director and designer in final choice of props; supervises properties crew; sets up offstage properties storage and checks props before each performance; assists in running the production. Assists in care and maintenance of properties and supplies, including the properties storage facility. |

Skills / Qualifications Knowledge of properties construction methods. Familiarity with theatrical procedures. Familiarity with Seattle businesses and suppliers is helpful. This position may require driving a University or other vehicle. Additional pay may be available with the completion of the SPU driving course. |
|
Experience Required One year of Production Practicum or equivalent. |
|
Level of Supervision Works under supervision of Technical Director and/or Production Manager. |
