Description of Duties

Work with Technical Director in three primary areas. 1. theatre recordkeeping/data entry; 2. drafting, scheduling as necessary; 3. supervision of projects on shop and in theatre during Production Practicum class

Skills / Qualifications

Experience with PC applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access,) knowledge of theatrical conventions and procedures; familiarity with theatrical construction. Drafting experience desirable. Supervisory experience helpful. Knowledge of WSHA / OSHA safety laws necessary. Accounting and bookkeeping experience helpful.

Experience Required

One year of Production Practicum or equivalent.

Level of Supervision

Works under supervision of Technical Director.
