Description of Duties

Responsible to crew chief (lead S/V tech or Master Electrician) in setup, strike and maintenance of lighting, sound and video equipment in theatre facilties. Assists in operating lights, A/V playback, sound recording and editing for productions.

Skills / Qualifications

Some experience with theatrical lighting and A/V equipment. Familiarity with theatrical procedures.

Experience Required

One year of Production Practicum or equivalent.

Level of Supervision

Works under supervision of Theatre Technical Director or Production Manager, and Lead A/V Technician or Master Electrician.
