RASHOMON is an incisive meditation on the nature of human weakness, human virtue, and the nature of truth. When a Samurai is murdered, and his wife is assaulted by a roving bandit, a beguiling mystery begins to unfold. Though the bandit is quickly apprehended and brought to trial, the truth proves far more elusive, as contradictory versions of what happened are revealed. Which version contains the ultimate truth?
There will be a Talk-back Session following the Friday April 27 performance
