Notes

In the 1988-1989 school year, Dennis Woodhall took direction of the SPU Singers in addition to his leadership of Concert Choir. Ruthanna Metzgar assumed the directorship of the Women's Choir.

The choral season started with the Autumn Concert on November 18. Participating groups were the Concert Choir, Symphony Orchestra and Symphonic Wind Ensemble. The concert was held at First Free Methodist Church. The choir participated in the Advent Vespers service, date unknown. The winter Choral Concert with the Concert Choir and SPU Singers was held February 24 and the spring Choral Concert was on May 24 with Concert Choir and Women's Choir performing. At the Advent Vespers, the ensemble "Sanctuary Choir" performed. It is unknown what this ensemble was.
1988-1989 Repertoire
