Notes

Dennis Woodhall continued as director of the Concert Choir in the 1987-1988 school year. Mark Williams directed the Women's Choir and the SPU Singers.

The Autumn Concert was held November 13 at First Free Methodist Church. Participating groups were the Concert Choir, Symphony Orchestra and Symphonic Wind Ensemble. The Winter Choral Concert was held February 2 in Bach Theatre in McKinley Hall and the Spring Choral Concert was May 21 in Bach Theatre. On February 14, the Concert Choir and SPU Singers presented a performance at St. Jude's Catholic Church in Redmond. A special event was held during the summer following the school year. On August 12, the National Youth Choir of Great Britain with conductors Michael Brewer and Carl Browning held a British Choral Masterclass on campus.
