Notes

In the 1973-1974 school year, Wayne Balch continued as director of the Oratorio Society and Philip Mack as director of the Concert Choir. It is unknown who directed the Chapel Choir and what that ensemble was. However, such an ensemble is mentioned on a program.

The Concert Choir enjoyed a regular performance season and their annual tour. The ensemble also participated with the Symphony Orchestra in a performance of the "Mass in C Major, Opus 86" by Beethoven on May 23, 1974. This performance was conducted by Kenneth DeJong as a part of a MMus in Choral Conducting from the University of Washington. The concert featured Paul Baker on organ and soloists Donna Crenshaw, soprano; Dorothea Lawrence, contralto; Daniel Hibbett, tenor; and Donald Rozell, bass .
