Notes

Little is known of the 1948-1949 school year. Lawrence Schoenhals conducted the Oratorio Society and the A Cappella Choir. Bob Scandrett led the Madrigals as a student director. The status and director of Girls' Glee is uncertain, however, it existed the years before and after with Winifred Leighton directing. It is probably the same held true during this school year.

The Oratorio Society performed the "Elijah" by Mendelssohn and "The Redemption" by Gounod in their two concerts.
