In the 1927-1928 school year, Mr. Booth and Mrs. Bush continued as directors of the two glee clubs. As in the past few years, the two combined in a number of programs as a mixed chorus.

The Girls' Glee Club (also known as the Ladies' Chorus) sang both sacred and secular literature in their programs. The Men's Glee Club (also known as the Men's Chorus) gave performances at the Seattle YMCA and different churches throughout the area. They also sang "My Anchor Holds" on April 13 at the Investiture Program. The two combined to present the cantata "The Christ Child" at Christmas time and at the Educational Convention.

Noted in the 1928 Cascade was and hour radio program by Seattle Pacific College broadcast on KJR. Under the direction of the departments of Music and Allied Arts it featured various quartets, solo numbers by members of the Voice Department and readings by students of the Department of Expression. This was broadcast every other Monday and reached audiences from Florida to Alaska.
