Singing in a choir is one of the cherished activities at Seattle Pacific. At least one choir has been organized every year since classes were first held. Choirs have always been an important part of campus life as students have learned and performed music for academics, for ministry, for public relations and for enjoyment- all purposes joined to create a unique experience. Past, present and future members can trace this rich heritage over numerous generations. These pages provide a brief record of this legacy.

On the left frame menu, each year is listed from 1911 to the present. The first two decades are summarized on the Pre-1910 link. For each year, you can view a record of:
     Choirs that existed
     Small groups that existed
     Director(s) that year
     Notes about any particular year
Photos of ensembles that could be found
     Members that could be identified

There are also memory pages containing thoughts and memories from the various decades of choir experiences. Please see those pages through the "Choir Memories" link on the left menu. Please submit your contributions as indicated on those pages.

If you are interested in searching for current contact information for any particular person, please see the Alumni Database available on the Alumni Association web site.
