• From I-90 Eastbound take the Richards Road Exit
• Turn left under I-90
• Turn right on SE 30th street
• Gym will be on right side after Puget Power

OR

• From 405 take the Coal Creek Parkway Exit (south of I-90)
• Go East to Factoria Blvd and turn Left
• Follow the road past Factoria Mall and then under I-90.
• Turn Right on SE 30th street
• Gym will be on the right after Puget Power.
