Recreational Program

We are excited to welcome you to the SPU Falcon Gymnastics program. Our school year camp sessions strive to provide positive learning opportunities in a safe environment for gymnasts of all levels. Our fully equipped facility is one of the best in the Seattle area. Our experienced and caring staff is eager to share their love of gymnastics with your child through the teaching of basic skills and gymnastics progressions. Prior gymnastics experience is not required.

SUMMER PROGRAM 2014

Summer 2014 Session Dates - Elementary ages

8 sessions  beginning June 23, 2014 through Aug. 14, 2014
Each session is 4 days: Monday-Thursday
(registration deadline 3 weeks prior to start of desired session)

Monday-Thursday

1:00-2:30 p.m. (Little Birds, ages 4-5) - $75 per session *
1:00-3:30 p.m. (Elementary, ages 6-12) - $120 per session *

* $10 discount off summer sessions after attending first session
* $5 sibling discount for 2nd child in family

OTHER FEE INFORMATION

Registration Fee
An initial registration fee of $30 per family is required of all new students.

Membership Renewal Fee
All returning participants are required to pay a $20 renewal fee per family annually.

Late Payment Fee
Session fees received after the month in which the lessons are taken will be assessed a $15 late fee.

Prompt Payment Discount
Session fees received PRIOR to the first of the month will be given a $5 discount off the published fees.

Family Discounts
Second child in family    $5 off
Third child in family        $10 off

Bring a Friend Discounts
Get a new participant to enroll in a month's session at Falcon Gymnastics and take $10 off your tuition for that month's session.


RULES and POLICIES

    FINANCIAL POLICIES
  • Payment must be received by the first week of the session for your child to remain in the program.
  • If we do not receive your payment the first week of the session we will not hold that space for your child and will fill it with a child from our waiting list.
  • Payments made PRIOR to the 1st of the month will be discounted $5 off the published rates.
  • Special circumstances warranting pro-rating of your session fee must be arranged with the Program Director in advance and will only be considered when the student will be missing two or more weeks of class.
  • You will not receive a billing statement for each session.
  • REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN
    WITHDRAWING FROM SESSIONS
  • Participants are automatically enrolled from session to session unless notification is received in writing 15 days in advance.
    HOLIDAY CLASSES / CLOSURES
  • Classes are not held on Labor Day, Thanksgiving, over the Christmas holidays, and Memorial Day. Classes on all other Monday holidays are generally held. Notification of other closures will be given to participants a week in advance.
    MAKE UP / TRIAL LESSIONS
  • Make-up Lessons must be pre-arranged with the Program Director and occur within a month of the missed lesson.
  • A free Trial Lesson is available to all new students.
    REQUIRED FORMS
  • The Medical Information and Minor Consent/Assumption of Risk forms will be sent to you upon confirmation of your registration. Forms must be signed and received prior to the start of the first session.
    OTHER INFORMATION
  • Due to safety considerations, students are not allowed on any apparatus without permission from the instructor or when the instructor is not present.
  • Students are expected to be on time for class and be picked up promptly after their lesson.
  • Children not in classes must be supervised by their parents at all times and are not permitted in the training areas.
  • Gymnastics attire should be non-restrictive and free of buttons, snaps, zippers, etc. Footwear is optional.
  • Long hair must be tied back away from the face.
  • Jewelry of any type should not be worn.
  • Students are responsible for all articles brought to the gym. FGC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Food, gum, candy, and pop are not allowed during class sessions or at break time. Personal water bottles are recommended.
