Food and Nutritional Sciences with Specialization
The Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree is offered in food and nutritional sciences. The B.S. degree in Food and Nutritional Sciences prepares students for employment or advanced study in the broad areas of food and nutrition. All majors must take the family and consumer sciences core and the required courses, plus one of three areas of specialization – Food and Nutrition, Dietetics, or Nutrition in sports and exercise.
