The Women’s Studies Program is sponsored by SERVE, the College of Arts and Sciences, and the School of Theology. As an institution that centers its mission in the historical Christian faith, Seattle Pacific University affirms that women are created in the image of God, redeemed by Christ and called to lives of scholarship, leadership and service. The Women’s Studies Program sponsors an annual campus lecture or event, supports the Sophia Club—which works to highlight women’s issues within the Christian faith, develops library resources, and sponsors a Women’s Studies Spring Celebration. For more information please visit the Women's Studies website or contact Jennifer McKinney, Director of Women's Studies Program.
