The SERVE Vocational Speakers Fund supports bringing guest speakers who reflect on the issue of vocation, understood from a Christian perspective either in classes or at extra-curricular events.  To apply for support, submit a brief proposal with the speaker’s resume, an explanation of the topic of his or her talk and how it meets the goals of the SERVE program, estimates the number of people who will attend, and proposes a budget.  This needs to be done at least one month before the speaker appears.  Typical grants range from $100 to $500.  Proposals should be sent to Dr. Margaret Diddams mdiddams@spu.edu.
