Service Policies
Guarantees:
To help plan your event, we will need your projected attendance
5 working days in advance and your guaranteed number must be called
in to the Conference Services Office by 12:00 p.m., 3 working
days before your event. If the guarantee is not received within
this time period, the final charges will be calculated from the
projected or the actual attendance - whichever is greater.
Late
Reservations:
Normally, menus and service details should be finalized 7 working
days prior to your event. There will be a 15% late charge based
on your total bill for catering requests placed with less than
3 working days notice. Approval must be obtained from the catering
manager.
Non-business hours:
For events occurring during non-business hours (beginning after
8:00 PM, or Events on Sunday, between quarters and holidays) a
surcharge may be added based on the complexity of your event.
Cancellations:
Cancellations will result in loss of deposit. If no deposit was
made then a fee of $100 will be charged.
Leftovers:
We try to plan your event so that there will be little or no food
left. Please remember, however, that because of health Regulations,
leftovers may not be taken from the catered event.
