Meeting Facilities

During the school year, September - June, meeting space is available for day, evening or weekend use. Summer availability expands to include multi-day events.

Campus meeting spaces include:

  • Complete audio and visual equipment in each classroom, including podium PC, laptop connections, TV/VCR, LCD projector and large screen, podium mic and overhead projector
  • Lecture rooms seating 20 - 400
  • Traditional classrooms
  • Arena style classrooms
  • Small and large conference rooms
  • Gymnasium (limited use available)

Upper Gwinn Conference Center
The two spaces availabe on Gwinn's third floor may be reserved either alone or together, depending on your event needs and room availability. Full-size insulated panels separate the rooms and are removed when use of the two spaces together is needed.
