Decide what type of event you want.
Will it be a banquet, reception, or a coffee break?
Will your guests stand or be seated? Will it be formal, casual,
or "in between"? What are your budget limitations? While not every
decision needs to be finalized at this point, the more you decide
now, the easier your planning will be.
2.
Plan the event with the Conference Coordinator.
This also should be done at the earliest
possible date and no later than 7 working days (Monday - Friday)
prior to your event. Most arrangements can be made over the phone,
but some events with special menus may require you to make an
appointment. For groups of 100 people or more, please contact
the Conference Services Office a minimum of 14 working days before
your scheduled event.
