Program Evaluation

At the end of each quarter, all those participating in the Academic Mentor program (including involved faculty, academic mentors, and students in their classes) are asked for feedback regarding the impact of the program.

Paper forms will be distributed to you in the ninth week of the quarter.  Please allow your students time to complete the forms in class before finals week. 

Results from the program evaluations will be available to participating faculty members upon request.
