Success Skills for College (GS 1001)
is a two-credit class offered fall and spring quarters. In this
class you will explore time management, note-taking skills, exam strategies,
learning style, and university resources and expectations. All topics
covered include practical learning activities with individualized application.

Advanced Skills for
College Success (GS 2002) is a two-credit class designed to
strengthen the reading, writing, thinking, and research skills vital for
your success in upper-division coursework. Application is made to your
current classes.
Learning Strategies
Workshops are offered upon request on topics, such as test-taking strategies, stress management, time management,
and note-taking.
