Make the most of attending the fair: Career Fair Tips

Freshman/Sophomores: 

Go "information shopping" to see the variety of careers available in the job market.  Learn more about what interests you; clarify your major selection and jumpstart your information about internships to pursue in the future.

Juniors/Seniors: 

Employers attending the fair are intentionally seeking SPU students (you) for internships and entry-level positions!  Don't miss your opportunity to connect with them, learn about a variety of career opportunities and get great practice for talking with other employers in the future. 

You are not required to bring a resume to the event.  However, if you do want to have copies in hand, we have resume resources for you to prior to the fair:

•  Career Center Online Resume Tools  - Get a working resume created!

• Resume Café – Drop-In Resume Reviews (the day before the fair!)

              Tuesday, March 2nd, Noon – 2:00pm, Gazebo Room, 1st Floor, SUB

• "Quick questions" can be answered during 15 minute walk-In appts

•  Regular appointments (30-45 min) can be scheduled by calling 206.281.2485. 

               Please call early, as these fill quickly at this time of the year.
