  • "Address ... spiritual formation"
  • "No set format is prescribed"
  • "Address categories in Section 5.2"
  • "Approved by Chair, on file with Dean"
  • "Annual Self-Assessment by 1 October"

    What is growth?

    • Learning innovation
    • New pedagogical skill
    • Scholarly and creative contribution
    • Involvement in service
    • Discovery

  • Learning and Teaching Improvement and Innovation Goal(s)
    • One to three specific goals
    • Ideally, based on feedback from peer and/or student review
  • Scholarship Goal(s)
    • Development, research, creative activity, writing and/or public dissemination goals
  • Service and Personal Growth Goal(s)
    • Are probably less predictable: significance and conciseness are key
