Terms and Conditions of Use for Media Equipment
This rental agreement
must be completed and given to Vice President of Campus
Activities at least two weeks prior to event.
Payment must be made at the completion of the event. Non-ASSP
groups will need to write two checks. One to SPU for the
equipment rental and one to the Media Equipment Coordinator
for his/her time. The Media Equipment Coordinator will collect
both of these.
A late fee of 50% of the rental
price will be charged if the equipment is not returned
or payment is not made on time.
For multiple day rentals there is a 50% discount for all
days after the first.
For non-ASSP events the Media Equipment Coordinator is
not guaranteed to come with the equipment. Early reservation
will increase renting party's chances of finding the Media
Equipment Coordinator available. If Media Equipment Coordinator
is not available it is the renting party's responsibility
to find an appropriate replacement.
