What is your favorite part of leading your ministry?
Probably going to bed on a Wednesday night after our weekly service and realizing that all the late nights leading up until then practicing songs and discussing scripture and liturgy is entirely worth it because in that precise moment right before I fall asleep I see the faces of my dear staff and those of the congregation and am reminded of how God is uniquely working in and through us. I frequently think to myself, "What a blessing it is to be part of something so grand and glorious."
