Falcon Gymnastics Center
The Falcon Gymnastics Center strives to provide positive learning opportunities in a safe environment for gymnasts of all levels. Our fully equipped facility is one of the best in the Seattle area. Our experienced and caring staff is eager to share their love of gymnastics with girls through the teaching of basic skills and gymnastics progressions.

Jul 6 -- Falcons Sign Eight-Time State Champ Gymnast from Kennedy
Anissa Madrid, an eight-time state champion gymnast from Kennedy High School, has signed a national letter of intent at Seattle Pacific University.

Jun 9 -- Gymnasts’ Late Surge Only a Beginning? (Final Gymnastics Release)
Was it the end of an era, or a new beginning? Whatever it was, Seattle Pacific University showed itself to once again be among the top gymnastics programs at the USA Gymnastics Collegiate Championships, presented by Leisure Care. The Falcons won their qualifying session and finished second overall at the national meet.

May 29 -- Puyallup, Oregon Gymnasts Commit to SPU
Francesca Jacobs of Puyallup and Betsy Snook of Milwaukie, Oregon, have signed national letters of intent to compete in gymnastics for Seattle Pacific University next season.

May 24 -- Gymnast Sullivan, Coxswain Giske Voted Academic All-District
Seattle Pacific University gymnast Sarah Sullivan and rowing coxswain Megan Giske have been voted to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District VIII team. An art major, Sullivan has a cumulative grade point average of 3.63, while Giske is a sociology major with a 3.87 GPA.

May 3 --Falcons Sign First Two Gymnastics Recruits
Brianna Steigauf of Minnesota and Laura Willis of California became the first gymnasts this spring to sign national letters of intent with Seattle Pacific University.

May 2 -- Sullivan Named Division 2 Gymnast of Year
Picking up her second major in award in as many days, Seattle Pacific University's Sarah Sullivan was named the Division II Gymnast of the Year by the National Association of Collegiate Gymnastics Coaches. The Falcons' Senior Woman Administrator, Erin O'Connell, was voted NACGC Div. II administrator of the year.
