SEATTLE (Feb. 26) ­ Seattle Pacific University's Jackie Hollands was chosen as the women's basketball player of the week in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference after sparking the Falcons to a pair of pivotal home wins.

Hollands (Jr., 5-9, Oregon City, Or.) scored 41 points to lead SPU to victories over Western Oregon and Western Washington. She missed just three shots, all from beyond the arc, as she converted on 14 of 17 field goals, nine of 12 from the three-point area. She also had eight steals, five rebounds and five assists.

Seattle Pacific goes into the final week of the season with a one-game lead in the GNAC.
