SEATTLE (Feb. 12) ­ Grant Burton, an all-region selection from Lafayette, Colorado, has signed a national letter of intent to play soccer at Seattle Pacific University beginning next fall, Coach Cliff McCrath announced today.

Grant Burton, who plays both forward and midfield, starred Louisville's Monarch High School, where he was all-Front Range League last fall. He also is a member of the Boulder County Force.

Seattle Pacific was 12-7-0 last season and made the NCAA Division II tournament for a record 30th time. The Falcons lose four seniors to graduation.
