Seattle Pacific Jumps Back Into Men’s Hoop Rankings
February 6, 2007

SEATTLE (Feb. 6) – After nearly a two-month absence, Seattle Pacific University has returned the men’s basketball rankings for NCAA Division II. The Falcons are listed at No. 22 in this week’s coaches poll.

SPU (14-7) has won 10 of 13 and taken over first place in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference. It had last been ranked at No. 4 Dec. 12, then lost three in a row.

Defending national champion, one of two remaining unbeatens, is the unanimous No. 1.

Seattle Pacific hosts Central Washington Thursday night at 7.
