Each year, NCAA member schools raise money to support Make-A-Wish, an amazing foundation that enriches children’s lives through its wish-granting work. These children have life-threatening conditions that keep them from living life to the fullest.

As NCAA athletes, we have been given the amazing opportunity to live our lives fully and now get the opportunity to give back to those who can’t. SPU’s SAAC (Student Athlete Advisory Committee), along with SAACs from all over the nation are joining forces and resources to grant kids their wishes. You can help us.

Starting this Saturday at the Homecoming games, raffle tickets for autographed Falcon items will be sold at gymnastics meets and basketball games for the rest of the regular season. Basketballs signed by the men’s and women’s teams, a leotard signed by the gymnastics team, and a baton signed by members of the men’s and women’s track team are just a few of the items up for raffle.

Tickets are $2 a piece with no limit on how many tickets you can purchase. Your ticket will be placed in the drawing for the item you would like to win. At the end of the winter sports season, a winner for each item will be drawn.
